Salary: Negotiable + performance-based bonus
Benefits: Private medical insurance, pension scheme, expenses package
Contract: 1-year initial contract with 3-month probation
About Us
Brick Technology has been building world-class web and e-commerce platforms for over 25 years. From our UK headquarters, we develop The Brick Factory – the advanced automation platform used by print-on-demand and merchandise producers across Europe and North America.
We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a Business Development Manager who can make things happen – someone with the energy, curiosity, and commercial drive to open doors, win deals, and build long-term partnerships.
The Role
This is a results-driven position for a confident communicator who understands consultative sales. You’ll identify and connect with potential clients in the print-on-demand, garment decoration, and e-commerce technology sectors, turning conversations into contracts.
You’ll be supported by an experienced marketing team and backed by a strong reputation for innovation and delivery – but success in this role will come from your ability to create opportunities and close them.
You’ll Be Doing Things Like:
-
Proactively finding, contacting, and converting new B2B clients in the UK and Europe.
-
Leading discovery calls and tailoring proposals to each client’s goals.
-
Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the brand.
-
Building lasting relationships that lead to recurring business.
-
Keeping CRM and pipeline data accurate – and hitting realistic monthly targets.
-
Feeding back market insights that shape future campaigns and product direction.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Proven experience in business development or technology sales (minimum 3 years).
-
A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Knowledge of e-commerce, print-on-demand, or SaaS sales would be a real plus.
If you’re the kind of person who thrives on results and can prove it, this is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking UK tech company that rewards performance and initiative.
