Team Brick at the NBE 2017: Exclusive Report!

Team Brick at the NBE 2017: Exclusive Report!

If, like us, you’re one of the many people in the UK who spend a lot of their working time in an office, then you’ll know that getting out and meeting existing and potential new customers face to face adds that missing dimension. So it was with Team Brick just recently, when we packed up our stuff and decamped for the Northern Business Expo 2017, where we learnt loads, chatted with tons of interesting folks and shared the Brick message: that you don’t have to settle for second best when it comes to your website and mobile apps!

There was so much on offer at NBE 17 that it was difficult to know where to begin. The list of seminars and workshops was a long and exciting one, with masterclasses and talks from the likes of David Gill, Nick Cohen and the one and only Stephen Bartlett. Our team were a little starstruck on meeting the latter and the cameras went crazy; our Twitter feed was alive all day with updates.

More than 100 exhibitors lined the venue, each sharing their own personal specialities. Events such as the NBE are essential for creating new links and strengthening old ones, with a range of formal and informal ways to meet, connect and interact. As a company that brings together many diverse types of operation under its umbrella, Brick is a particularly important presence at such events.

No matter what product or service it is that you want to succeed online, choosing Brick web development company to help you is a superlative first step in the right direction; even if we do say so ourselves. Our visit to NBE 17 really brought it home to us just how diverse the thriving business of the north really is and we saw loads of companies who were trying to sell innovative, high quality products and services but failing due to a website that, to put it nicely, could have been serving their needs much better.

Visiting the NBE was a lot of fun and also really informative. It has renewed our drive to improve the online environment for both the provider and the end user, creating the smooth, sleek and modern experiences that are trademarks of every Brick website and mobile app.

Check our Twitter for all the photos from NBE 17 and give us a call if you want to be part of the future!
