This will create a support ticket which will require several fields completing (including both brief and detailed descriptions of the problem) before the ticket is submitted. Upon receipt, our team will promptly investigate the issue; usually we can rectify the situation without the need for further clarification, allowing you to quickly return to normal business matters. Most requests are assigned within an hour of reporting and a confirmation email will be sent as soon as the request has been completed. In the unlikely event that you cannot log into the control centre at all, information can be sent directly to from where it will be manually entered into the support ticket system.

Our Live Help service is available in emergencies and will allow you to communicate directly with an experienced member of our web design team. Immediately upon connection, our trained operator will be presented with a full list of essential information about your operating system; having this information to hand can save a significant amount of time in dealing with any issue, allowing our operator to quickly get to the root of the problem. Offering step-by-step guidance, our live operators can also use the Live Help chat window to provide links to important information, a useful process which could not be achieved using the old telephone operator system. Outside of office hours, the system allows for the leaving of messages which will be answered immediately upon the next working day.
