Career Change? Business Development Manager Required

We require a Business Development Manager who will work to improve Brickweb’s market position and help us achieve financial growth.

This candidate will help define long-term organisati­onal strategic goals, build key customer re­lati­on­shi­ps, identify business op­por­tuni­ti­es, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The Business Development Manager will work in a senior sales position within the company.

The role is to work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales op­por­tuni­ti­es and thereby maximize revenue for the or­ga­nisa­ti­on. To achieve this, you will need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.

The Business Development Manager will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

Call on clients, you will often be required to make pre­sen­ta­ti­ons on solutions and services that meet or predict the clients’ future needs.
