To assist you better, please note our technical support procedure.
All support requests must be logged in your support ticket system via the control centre. This is to ensure they are correctly logged and dealt with effectively.
In order to respond to and deal with your support requests more efficiently there is a link in your website control centre page in the left hand column (“request support”) where all requests whether technical support, training or sales requests are logged and dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. Should you have a request simply log in to your Brick technology Limited website control centre www.brickweb.co.uk/cc/ and click on the link “Request Support” this will open up a support ticket for you to complete.
Please fill in as much detail as possible and make sure you copy and paste the URL (web page address) to which the issue refers to in the “Page URL” field. Give us a brief explanation of what you require in the Subject box and enter as much detail as possible in the Message box. This will allow us to deal with the issue promptly and usually without having to disturb you with further questions or clarification.
Once the support request is submitted we try our best to assign the request within an hour during office hours. You will get an email when the request has been dealt with.
If your need is urgent: In your control centre (bottom left of the page) there is a Live Help button which is manned by a live person during UK office hours. Click on the button to talk directly with a member of the technical support team. If support is busy you will be shown an option to leave a message in the text box.
EMERGENCIES: Please go to http://www.brickweb.co.uk/support/technical-support.html
If you can not log in to your control centre for some reason you can send an email to support@brickweb.co.uk and give as much information as possible. We will then enter it in to your support ticket system.
PLEASE NOTE: We no longer deal with support requests by telephone or direct emails.
Should you need to be shown how to do this, please mention this at your next review meeting or attend one of our monthly workshops, or telephone us and we will guide you through it for the first time.
